I work with individual clients in both the short and long-term, depending on your goals. This work involves exploring your story in some depth, rediscovering and building on your inherent strengths, developing new skills, and innovating strategies to navigate obstacles and dilemmas. 

The first session or two are usually focused on gathering information and collaborating on a plan to address your concerns. Following that, work might involve exploring past experiences and relationships, learning new skills to manage emotions or tolerate distress, processing trauma, making helpful changes to your environment, or working to change unwanted behaviours.
